Before submitting a payment, confirm the exact amount with Glenn by WhatsApp or email. Your amount depends on which package or services you have booked, the 10% Bahamas VAT applicable to your total, and whether the $200 non-refundable deposit has already been paid. Glenn responds to payment amount queries within the hour on most days.

Type the dollar amount Glenn confirmed. The form accepts any USD amount. If you are paying the $200 booking deposit, enter 200. If you are paying a package balance, enter the balance figure Glenn quoted, which is the total package cost including 10% Bahamas VAT minus the $200 deposit already paid. Do not estimate or round up.

When is the balance payment due?
The balance is due 30 days before your ceremony date. The $200 non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of booking. The remainder is due 30 days before.
Glenn sends a payment reminder as the 30-day mark approaches. If your ceremony is within 30 days of booking, the full amount may be due at the time of booking. Glenn confirms the payment schedule for your specific ceremony date during the booking confirmation.
Is the booking deposit refundable?
No. The $200 booking deposit is non-refundable. It covers Glenn's initial ceremony preparation work and holds your date exclusively in his calendar.
The deposit is deducted from the total package cost, not charged in addition to it. For example, if your total package cost after 10% VAT is $984.50 (Island Nuptial), you pay $200 at booking and $784.50 as the balance 30 days before the ceremony. If you need to change your date, contact Glenn as early as possible to discuss whether the deposit can be transferred to a new date.
What happens after I submit the payment?
You receive an email receipt immediately. Glenn receives a payment notification at the same time and confirms receipt by WhatsApp or email within 24 hours with your next ceremony steps.
After deposit payment, Glenn begins ceremony preparation: document preparation, ceremony script drafting, vendor outreach, and for legal weddings, the marriage licence process. After balance payment, Glenn sends your ceremony schedule, arrival instructions, and any final documents required before the ceremony day. If you do not receive an email receipt within a few minutes of payment, contact Glenn directly.
