Once you arrive in Nassau, Glenn prepares all required documents and schedules your appointment at the Registrar General's Department. He personally escorts you to the government office (approximately 20 minutes). The license is issued and collected the following day. Ceremony Day Coordination
Glenn arrives at the ceremony venue 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. He confirms the setup, liaises with the photographer, florist, and musician, and ensures everything is in position before you arrive. He officiates the legal ceremony personally. You arrive and say your vows. Everything else has already been handled.

Certificate Delivery
Glenn delivers your signed and certified Bahamas marriage certificate after the ceremony. What is the best time of year to have a destination wedding in the Bahamas?
November through April is peak season with the most stable weather. Glenn books ceremonies year-round and can advise on the best timing for your preferred venue and budget.
Nassau and the Bahamas have a subtropical climate with warm temperatures throughout the year. The dry season from November through April offers the most consistently clear skies and lower humidity, making it the most popular period for destination weddings. The wet season from May through October includes the hurricane season (June through November), though Nassau is generally not in the direct path of most Atlantic hurricanes. Shoulder season (May to June and October to November) offers lower accommodation rates and fewer crowds with reasonably stable weather.
