For a legal wedding Glenn prepares all documents, schedules and attends the Registrar General's Department appointment, escorts the couple personally, collects the marriage licence, officiates the legal ceremony, and delivers the certified marriage certificate. He also arranges Apostille certification for international recognition in 150+ countries. A vow renewal requires none of this. He discusses your vision, advises on the right package, confirms the full cost including any venue fees, and answers every question. There is no charge at any stage before the $200 booking deposit, and the deposit is only placed when you decide to proceed.

Marriage licence processing in the Bahamas can be completed in one to three business days. Glenn has coordinated complete ceremonies for cruise ship passengers with 90-minute ceremony windows, couples who arrived in Nassau one day and married the next, and elopements planned and performed within 48 hours of first contact. The shorter the notice, the more important it is to call or WhatsApp Glenn directly rather than using a form.

Nassau and Paradise Island are Glenn's primary area of practice with published package pricing. The deposit covers Glenn's initial planning and coordination work and removes your date from availability. It is non-refundable because Glenn begins work immediately: document preparation, vendor outreach, ceremony script drafting, and venue liaison all start within days of the deposit being received. The remaining balance is the package total (including 10% Bahamas VAT) minus the $200 already paid, due 30 days before the ceremony.

There is no government paperwork required for a vow renewal. For legal weddings, Glenn manages the entire Bahamas marriage licence process as a standard package inclusion. He also arranges Apostille certification through the Bahamian Secretary of State's office for couples who need their marriage certificate recognised internationally in one of the 150+ countries party to the Hague Apostille Convention. Couples do not need to manage any part of the legal process themselves.
